Is there a free trial?+
Yes - every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can connect Lightspeed Golf, brand your pass, issue passes on both wallets and send notifications before you pay anything.
What counts as an active customer?+
Any customer with a house-account balance to spend, or with your pass installed on their phone. Each one counts once. Customers who signed up but have $0 balance and no installed pass are free.
Do golfers without an active house account or pass cost anything?+
No. Members, visiting golfers and restaurant or pro-shop customers all get a wallet pass for free, with unlimited push notifications. You only pay when they install the pass or start using a balance.
Are push notifications really unlimited?+
Yes. Send as many lock-screen notifications to your pass holders as you like - there's no per-message fee, on any tier.
How do golfers get their pass?+
Every pass gets an add-to-wallet link that works on both Apple and Google Wallet - there's no app to install. Golfers get it by email, from your signup page, or from their customer portal.
Do balances really update live?+
Yes. Charge or top up a house account at any Lightspeed register and the balance on every saved pass updates within seconds, with a lock-screen alert.
