If your club runs on ChronoGolf, connecting it lets GolfPass turn its bookings into wallet passes automatically. You'll do this from the Integrations page. No technical know-how needed — you authorise access and GolfPass takes it from there.
Before you start
- Make sure you can sign in to your ChronoGolf account.
- Do this as someone allowed to approve access on the ChronoGolf side.
Connect it
- In GolfPass, go to Integrations.
- Choose ChronoGolf and start the connection.
- Authorise GolfPass to read your tee sheet.
- The connection shows as active once it's set up.
What happens next
With the connection active, GolfPass checks ChronoGolf for new and changed bookings on a short cycle (every few minutes) and issues a pass for each one — see How tee-sheet syncing works. When a booking changes, the matching pass updates on its own; see Live pass updates. Upcoming bookings that already exist are picked up too, so passes start going out shortly after you connect.
Keeping the connection healthy
If the connection shows an error, bookings stop syncing and new passes pause. This usually means access changed or expired on the ChronoGolf side. Reconnect from Integrations to resume. Check this page first if passes suddenly stop going out.
Make sure emails are captured
As with any provider, the golfer's email must be on the booking for them to receive their pass link — it comes from ChronoGolf. Confirm your booking flow collects a valid email for every golfer. See The golfer didn't get the email.
