Billing

How GolfPass billing is handled for clubs that come through Lightspeed, where to manage your plan, and who to ask about invoices.

Updated 7/27/2026

For clubs that come to GolfPass through Lightspeed, billing is handled by Lightspeed — not inside the GolfPass dashboard. That's why your day-to-day GolfPass settings don't include a billing or payment screen: keeping it in one place (with Lightspeed) avoids two systems showing slightly different information.

Where to manage your plan

Your GolfPass subscription sits alongside your other Lightspeed services. To view invoices, update payment details, or ask about your plan, use your Lightspeed account or your usual Lightspeed contact. They handle the commercial side of your GolfPass subscription.

Common questions

"Why isn't there a billing page in GolfPass?" Because billing lives with Lightspeed. Showing it in GolfPass too would risk the two disagreeing, so we keep a single source of truth.

"Who do I ask about an invoice or my plan?" Your Lightspeed account contact. Anything about charges, renewals, or upgrades is theirs to answer.

"Does using more features cost more?" Questions about what's included in your plan are best answered by Lightspeed, since they hold your account terms.

If you reached GolfPass another way, or you have a billing question that Lightspeed can't answer, ask the assistant — your question is logged for our team and we'll point you to the right place.

Everything else is in your dashboard

Billing aside, the things you actually do day to day — branding, integrations, messages, players, and team — are all managed right inside GolfPass.
